BuyMe Cart - Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To cancel, go to 'My Orders' and select the item you wish to cancel.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you can reject the delivery to initiate an automatic return.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7 working days.

Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free return policy for eligible items. You can return a product within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be in its original condition with packaging intact.
  • Returns can be initiated via the 'My Orders' section.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after return approval.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is received, refunds will be initiated via the original payment method.

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders: Refunds will be processed through bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Personal care products
  • Health and hygiene-related items
  • Customized or perishable products

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for select items. If your item qualifies for an exchange, you can choose a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be in unused condition with all accessories intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation?

To request a return or cancellation, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your BuyMe Cart account.
  • Go to 'My Orders' and select the item.
  • Choose 'Cancel' or 'Return' and follow the instructions.
